The Moscow Times Fine Dining Guide

Stuck for restaurant ideas? Then look no further. The Moscow Times presents its Fine Dining Guide, the first bilingual collection of reviews of the city's top 40 restaurants.

Restaurants appearing in the collection were chosen following a rigorous selection process, based on high standards of cuisine, service, atmosphere and management.

A unique feature of the book is the 23 reviews written by some of the city's finest chefs, translated from 4 languages, in addition to reviews by The Moscow Times' dining critics.

The Fine Dining Guide comes in a convenient pocket-size format, with texts in both English and Russian and full-color photographs. It is designed for readers with the most refined taste and conceived with the goal of simplifying the search for the ideal restaurant among the capital's gastronomic diversity. You can read all 192 pages from beginning to end like a novel or leaf through, looking for information on specific restaurants.

In addition to reviews, you'll also find a special index of 13 different categories and biographies on each of the restaurants' head chefs.

The book is being published with the support of Raiffeisen Bank Austria. Twenty-four of the featured restaurants are offering Raiffeisen Bank card holders either significant savings or a free dessert with their meal.

The English-language daily newspaper The Moscow Times has been published in Moscow since 1992, presenting the cultural and business news of the country.
