Virtually a museum to the local security forces -- both past and present. Paintings of the security bosses grace the walls as well as cabinets full of historical medals and documents. Upstairs several private rooms are decked out as old-fashioned offices. Prices are extremely reasonable -- the daytime offer of a sprat sandwich with 50 grams of vodka for 15 rubles stands out.
